  So after some ironing out a schedule, some good health apps, and a date I got myself a plan! Due to personal events, I need to finish my weight loss journey around the month of June (which is also my birthday!). I know I can drop about a pound every other day or so long as I watch my calories intake and work out. So with about 80 pounds left I am just gonna go all broccoli and carrots on my weight loss goal of reaching 140 pounds in 80 days!! So 80 pounds loss in 80 days. Let the madness...

  So struggling really badly to the point of being physically sick from too much sugar and salts in my system. My partner really isn't helping the matter since he is no longer on the diet and he is doing well. The crap in my system isn't helping my mood or motivation either, so I may end up becoming a bit of an meany to my partner becuase he is just a bad food influence to me sometimes with food. I love him but he is a big butt to my diet. The blame doesn't fall all on him, I am a horrible food...
