Groundhog day again!

Hi, I'm female in my late 40's and have been struggling with my weight since I started my first diet aged 10. Yeah, I suppose you are never too young to feel you need to lose weight and I clearly remember going to the ships for my mum and instead of buying chocolate for myself, I bought a small bag of green grapes.

I would love to share my story with like minded people who also have the need to reach out and ask for help. I look forward to meeting you all and hope from this to be able to turn my life around and to help others do the same.

Please feel free to talk to me and together we can share our experiences and hopefully learn from each other.

I'm here too. It's so great to have support from those who know and love the struggle. It's hard! But, we can overcome! Stay positive and moving in a forward, healthy direction. Focus on one day at a time.

I'm so sorry I messed up on the message I'm in my forties I'm 5 foot 10 in and about 370 lb I have been big all my life. I started dieting when I was 7 years old so I understand it's a constant struggle for me emotionally and mentally.I'm not married would love to be no kids would love to have them but that too is part of my struggle from being overweight I believe so looking for like-minded people to relate to and to share my struggles with. so if you like to chat let me know I hope you're having a good day
