  I just joined this group in the hopes that hearing others will confirm I am not alone. Although I am surrounded by family daily, I feel very alone as they can not understand my anxiety over things that I consider real anxiety triggering events. In a typical day, I am told 4-7 times "you need to get over it", "grow a spine", "go take some meds". This is really stomping on my self esteem and the ability I used to have to fake happiness and positive thinking. My greatest hope in joining this group...
