  Does anyone experience dryness from taking medications or supplements?  I experience really dry skin, lips, and have recently had multiple muscle strains which I think may be from dehydration.  I drink over 120 ounces of water daily but I don't think it is helping.

  I have had multiple injuries to my knees and ankles but at the age of 38 am starting to feel the effects of them.  I have throbbing pain periodically throughout the day.  When I wake up in the morning its pens and needles when I start moving.  Anyone have natural remedies that would help to ease the pain?
