Chech it put with your doctor, I have to be told what to drink and when since my body is so dry right now. Best of luck!
you do need to keep hydrated and there are many options. you can drink water, juice, flavored spring waters Those frozen juice pops work well if your out playing around on a hot day. Try to avoid being out in the heat for too long at one time. Swimming in a pool, not saltwater can get you very hydrated as we know. Once your overexposed from the heat, go inside and take a very lukewarm/cool shower and get your body heat down.
If you're getting over heated outside at home take a cool/lukewarm bath thats had at least 4 full cups of salt added to it. It will cool your body down safely and quickly. Try to take regular 15 min. breaks 4 times a day if your working outside all day, they are required to be given to you by your employer. So that you can stay hydrated, cool, and in a calm manner.
Take Care,
Kat
