  Hey Everyone!Hope all is well, I just wanted to say that this will be my last post on here for a while. I will try to come back and touch up with everyone I've started conversations with.   Hey Everyone, I hope all is well. I've been reading some of you guys comments and I hope my comments are helping even if it's slightly. Everyone please try to stay strong and try different coping mechanisms like walking, music, deep breathing etc. Make sure you have mindfulness in your life. Having a stable mind creates peace throughout the body. The slightest movemnt in the brain patterens can cause malfuntion in your body and life.
