  Everything was going good till I caught my self lying again it was like my brain just did it without me realizing that I did it and it was to late I felt like shit and it made me think will it ever stop or is it something I should just live with it am trying not to give up but it's been part of my life and don't know how to let it go or quit it sometimes I just want to disappear and start over new or shut my self off from the world but I know it will cause more damage then anything ... I guess...

  It's really hard to admit that you have an issues and last night it hit me hard that I really have an issues with lieing . I have reached out before for help but never followed Thur . But now it's taking a toll on my mental health I want to stop and be truthfully for once in my life .I even make up stories to tell people later and I want that to stop to I feel the need to lie to make my self feel important or a better person that I am .
