  I need to vent a little. Keeping this all in is driving me a little crazy. A while ago I posted about my stbx husband and the messy divorce I am going through. I wrote about putting myself and my son first, realising that the way my son was growing up was wrong, that he was learning the wrong things and I didnt want him to grow up like that.   I have been on my own for two days. No one has come by the house, and my mother is dealing in her own way, so i have been left to the whirlwind that is my brain at this point. I understand that people probably want me to have some space. To allow me to process what my stbx husband has done, but it has allowed my emotions to climb aboard the fastest and scariest rollercoaster known to man.   I filed for divorce on Tuesday. I didn't want to, I have never wanted to get divorced. Even though my husband has emotionally, verbally and sometimes physically abused me for the better part of 7 years. I love him, despite all that. I am no angel, I know i have done things that pushed him, that hurt him. But i didnt deserve the protection order he served on me, the warrant of arrest with my name on it should I do anything against the order or the claims I abused our son. So I put myself first...

  The first bad day

  My husband left with our son a week ago. I spent the first day in shock. I didnt cry, i wasnt angry. I didnt feel anything. The next day I spent cancelling my phone, my Whatsapp, my Facebook. I changed my email address. He took my cellphone, so I had to do all of those things. The following day, New Years Eve, i was surrounded by people who didnt want me to be alone but I was petrified. I was scared to do anything, for fear he could use it against me. New Years Day i slept, until i saw my son...
