  Yes I'm probably in a mild bipolar II mania. Could I please stay here please? This is very uncommon so I have been in denial about that diagnosis. I am achieving lots in the house and garden but best of all is my confidence is back. I have less anxiety and am not spending 12 hours a day critising and humiliating myself with old memories, mistakes and being bullied/ostacised. Intrusive memories are not waylaying me so much and are easier to ignore when they pop up uninvited. Neighbours are...

  ive just seen on the news about the mudslides in California. I know lily lives out that way so prayers for her safety and everyone else there. The disastrous weather around the world is really affecting me as I feel for the animals as well as people. I'm finding myself a bit teary and feeling helpless. Let's hope it all settles down soon. Keep safe everyone.
