  people don’t really understand what it’s like for a person with borderline. Trying to buy into DBT and the different thought processes is so difficult especially with the negative thoughts. People think it’s attention seeking behavior they don’t understand the very real thoughts of suicide the very need to self injure. Nobody truly cares

  i feel like everywhere I turn nobody can help me. I think my therapist will eventually give up on me. I live with so many bad thoughts and I don’t know how or if I can keep myself safe anymore... when does it get better or is ther just no hope for better?
