  I've been feeling a lot better thanks to the people who search their tips and positivitie. I've been trying to follow your advice, I'm happy to say that I didn't need to find a support group but it found me. Last year I met some amazing girlfriends, we came together through social media to talk about our love for God. Now the host of that get-together added me in on of her group chats so we can talk to each other about our faith and the things we are struggling with. I am so grateful!! You guys...

  I used to have suicidal thoughts when I was younger and hyperventilate when I was anxious or felt like people didn’t get me. I got over it over time and I think that’s because I was finally feeling comfortable. Now it’s 6 years later and I think I had a panic attack last weekend bcs I thought people were talking about me, saying things that aren’t true. I started to replay that day in my head and kept thinking about how I could make them change their mind or scream at them or whatever,...
