i might as well justĀ end this even tho it's the worse option
TotalRegret
If that really is the 'worst' option, then there must be better options that you "might as well just" take. What are they?

I agree with totalregret, what other options are there?? Think of those and come up with a game plan. Message me if you need to!

That realization alone - that for you it's the worst or worse option - must give you pause. Make that pause last a long time, and hopefully you will fill it with some creative solutions to your recurring mood swings etc. There are many obvious things you can try: therapy, meds, good mood foods, journalling. From what I see on your profile you're 19 years old. Late teens and early twenties can be very tough emotionally speaking. Be patient with yourself.

Don't worry it may hurt if something happened, but I guarantee life can only get better as long as you let go. I'm gonna go on a limb and say that was the worst day of your life(whatever happened). Well, it can only get better as you go by because your worst day already happened...

Please don't do it! Go to sleep. Or call a suicide hotline. Or search for Crisis Text Line on Google. It's like a suicide hotline, but with texting. I tried Crisis Text Line before and it was great. Sleep is also a safe alternative. Please let anyone in the comment section know if you are okay

Thank you for your comments! it comes and goes but this time it seems to stick. Last week I was about to go home when someone jumped in front of the train that I was in. It was a horrible feeling although I didn't see anything I felt it horrifying. That feeling keeps coming back when I face sensitive topics. lately, I've been feeling empty, ugly, unloved and often forgotten. I keep wondering what's wrong with me and why this feeling came back after 5 years. I'm not sure if i'm going to be fine, the worse option is that this feeling will stick much longer and my strength to fight will be lost.

It sounds like you're struggling with suicidal thoughts. You can win the fight against those thoughts. I feel ugly, empty, and unloved all of the time. I just try to make myself happy everything day. I emphasis the word try. I hope this helps
