  Hi everyone,It's been 7 months since I found out about my partner being transgender. He is under referral now and waiting for a first appointment. He is sure he wants a full transition though.. hormones, surgeries and to live out full time as a woman.At the moment he only dresses infront of me. I would love to say I'm getting used to it but that's not true. I know it shouldn't but inwardly it irritates me. He acts like "him" in the day and when he is at work or we are out/around other people...

  So I have been trying really hard. My partner has been there for me and we are taking it slow but every now and then the sadness just creeps up on me and I feel like I will never escape it. I want to see the silver lining and I want to be able to imagine a future with this person but at the moment all I can think of is the future that we were going to have and it breaks my heart. We have a 5 month old baby boy and he has decided that he would like to be called didi so that people in the street...

  I'm feeling a bit negative about the chances of our relationship surviving this at the moment and not because of me being unable to deal with it. We love each other, without a doubt, but reading stories about other peoples relationships and I'm struggling to find any successful relationships.
