  hi everyone, I am new to this group and anxiety sort of... been struggling for about 6 months or so primarily with medical anxiety. It started getting bad with severe gastritis back in july, i was convinced i was dying of something worse and worrying every day pretty constantly... any way, i was cleared of that, other things happened,  and 3 weeks ago i woke up with a wierd light headed dizzyness, dazed- pretty constantly...  best i can describe (not true lightheaded or dizzy like vertigo)...

  Couple questions...Has anyone had Duodenitis & Gastritis at the same time suspected or confirmed? Does anyone have the experience of feeling overly full after just a few bites of food, but still being able to eat through the fullness? Does anyone have the burning and aching subside a bit but still have these other symptoms and nausea?Thanks!
