  How does your significant other deal with how you are?? With all the anxiety and everything. I feel like my bf just doesn’t understand. He’s very supportive but he gets frustrated. I cry and tell him everything that’s wrong and he never can say anything back... all he does is kiss me and hold me.. don’t get me wrong it’s very sweet and I love that he does that but I feel like he does it because he doesn’t know what to say or he doesnt care. I wish he would really look into this....

  Do you ever just want to end it all?i do. I want to end it all now. I don’t want to feel this way.   Everytime I find myself thinking that I can get through something because I’m strong, I end up failing. I can honestly say I feel as if I am a very huge burden to those around me. Even when they say they love me and there here for me. I feel alone.. more alone than I’ve ever felt in my life. I sometimes think maybe this is normal?   Things just seem to be getting harder. I find myself in my head way to much.. like I’m distracted by my thoughts. It’s so unbelievably hard to explain this the ones that want to help me.   Having the amount of anxiety I have sucks. It sucks even more when you try to explain to people what's wrong and you just get frustrated and it creates even more anxiety.  anxiety is really messing up my relationship. My bf doesn't understand what this shit does to me. I feel like everything is just coming down on me and it really fucking hurts. My mind is constantly racing..
