  I have all 18 points of Fibro and in the last 3 years I went from running at least an hour a day to not being able to walk more than ten minutes. Any suggestions to keep the pain down during or after walking?

  Hello everybody. I am new to this site and was just hoping for some conversation. I am a 51 year old male with TBI. Mine is known as DAI. Diffuse axonal injury. It is the shearing of the brain. I have played sports very aggressively up until I was 43 and suffered my last concussion. I was never the same. I have to admit it is my own fault. I have suffered over 30 concussions and have been knocked out four times. Needless to say I was quite the daredevil on top of it. Sports was not my only vice...
