Remember to pace yourself and go slow for now, until you find a regimen that works for you. Heated blankets, hot tubs, hot epsom salt soaks, gentle massages all help to relax tight muscles. Meditation, essential oils, (lavender and peppermint are my favorites), pain creams and oils, can all be helpful. I have found that Aqua therapy helps me a lot. I started by walking for one minute and increased my time over several months until I made it up to 20-25 minutes jogging in the water. Is there a low cost community center by you? Changing my diet has helped me as well to a paleo diet. I also take Sam-e and low dose naltrexone. (Along with other supplements) You need a knowledgeable professional to guide you with those treatments. Best wishes to you.
