  What do you do when you have no one to rely on in anyway and you just want things to end. I'm tired of the constant insults and being alone It's getting harder and harder to deal with things and right now one of my only coping mechanisms is dividing my thoughts into separate people in my mind (i.e. my insecurity is called jasmine and things that I refuse are called my old name) this helps because I can have people help me with my problems (though I don't think dementia likes me much, she's my...

  So recently I've taken to cutting words into my skin, words that people tell me everyday things like "freak, die, dyke, and creep" how do I stop I want to stop I don't want these words as a reminder but I can't stop myself what do I do I can't change myself but it feels like that's the only way to make things stop
