I tried to kill myself last year but jumping in front of a car cuz I was depressed!! This year I'm depressed again and haven't tried to kill myself but I keep worrying I'm gonna get to that point again!! Not sure what to do

New to this so not sure even what to say or anything.... so I dated this girl for a little over a year and she was my first everything I still love her and stuff but we been broken up for over a year now! I don't know how to move on so I've been very depressed lately... am I stupid for still loving her? We are also sort of friends cuz I don't wanna lose her should I just let her go completely?
