  I asked this question at my last nutrition group before surgery.  Unfortunately my logic must be hard for the dieticians in my progam, because they look at me like I'm an alien with 10 heads. According to the information we were given in the full liquid phase it gave an example that you could have loose farina or oatmeal. In the puree phase it says cereal soaked in milk. Now if we can"t drink before during or after meals for the 30 minute thing because it will flush the food from our stomach...

  When the Dr. mentioned to me in February about gastric sleeve during a quarterly diabetic checkup, I was clueless!  I was also dead set against bariatric surgery for me. I was ignorant about what it was really all about.   Ideas for non monetary rewards?

  I have been told and read that you should reward yourself for the hard work and victories you make along the way on this journey.  Some non food rewards are obvious but let's face it anything that requires cash outlays can become expensive and diddifult for most. So I would love to hear suggestions for non food cheap or no cost rewards any ideas?
