  glad everyone is here i am in oregon and my insurance covers DNA i have billing codes but how to get done from there btw my insurance covers DNA family gave up on me (friends who are family too me ) i have has 3 bad attacks this year one lasting a whole year thats why i went to hospice last year .i am damaged my VP attacks always paralyze me now no legs from thigh down  eyesight double vision permanent eye muscled paralyzed and all chest muscles gone even diapham up to 5 l NC  (oxygen)to...
