  Over the past 7 or 8 years I have experienced domestic violence, and it has taken a toll on me. I have dreams where I experience the abuse still, and I had a dream where my former ex had raped me. I feel as if it's taking over my life. I have episodes of crying and screaming and I can't control it. I feel helpless, almost useless.

  A little while ago I had made a post about my fiancé who broke up with me with trust issues and many other things. I did a dumb thing and let him come back in my life. Today he left me again and told me he was done with me, that I was full of shit. So here I am, laying in bed like I have all day wondering what I did wrong. He has since blocked my number. I'm all alone now and I'm struggling to keep myself afloat.

  I'm new here, and been directed here for some help. I had planned to marry the love of my life the beginning of July,  but he recently broke it off. I've been taking it very hard by not getting out of bed, including not eating or showering. I have pushed all my friends away because he had trust issues.
