  my depression is still getting to me. i hate it so much. i will literally help everyone else out except for myself, it's just hard for me to take my own advice and i hate that too. also, people always tell me they're there for me but when I say I need help, they won't help.   I swear. It feels like I can never catch a break. Every time I talk to somebody about my depression, they always tell me I just need to get over it or I'm doing it for attention. I want to believe my own instincts and realise that they don't understand what I'm going through but at this point, they've drilled those two sayings into my head so much that I honestly don't know what to do anymore.

  hey guys, it's me again. i've been doing a little better since I was last on here, but tonight I've been a complete wreck. My best friend from my old school, who committed suicide, would've been at his high school graduation tonight. I remember telling him I was going to come and cheer for him as loud as I could and embarrass him a little bit.
