  i have been suffering from bdd  for over over 8 years. It's hard to look in the mirror without wanting to cry. Everything about myself is disgusting. However, I've noticed when I'm less anxious or stressed my bdd gets better.

  Im so sick of asking for attention. It's like I have to ask my boyfriend to pay attention to me. For example, all day he has just been on his phone- playing games, apps, watching shows, etc. He doesn't even care to spark up a conversation. I've been bored all day long waiting for him to get off his phone and have a conversation with me. I was watching something and instead of sitting with me and maybe picking a movie he sat alone on his phone.. again.  Seriously.
