  I am tired of not being able to sleep. Sometimes I stay awake for days at a time and it is really frustrating. Does anyone have any advice?

  I suffered from a sexual assault on february first of this year. My therapist told me that it would be a good idea if I joined a support group but I can't bring myself to go to one in person. Right now I'm feeling like I can't deal with all of this. I went to the police and we are waiting to get the rape kit from the hospital back. In the mean time, the detective told me that they contacted my perpetrator and now he knows that I went to the police. He knows my school schedule. I am scared that...
