  hello I'm new here my husband just recently left our home we have a 6 y/o daughter and of course she stayed with me. We haven't file divorce when he left I told him I didn't want a penny from him we both live day to day but I earn enough to survive with my little one, I just thought that if I receive any monetary help he will fill with the right of anything, but my close friends that know our situation keep telling me that is his responsibility and my daughters right to that extra dollar even...

  I been having a hard time to deal with our separation I cried  for many nights thinking how my life will be changing from now on ... we pop the news to our parents and siblings a couple days ago since we desided this was it, but my in laws specially his mom won't let me go she keeps calling me every day to see how we are doing (my daughter&me) which I really appreciate the love and care but I feel this is making it more difficult... what should I do ? Any opinions..

  I been on a rollercoaster of emotions the last couple of days... tomorrow it will be a week after my husband took all of his belongings out of our house
