  Don't know why I keep leaving jobs. Is it too much to ask to be happy in your work environment.  I go in every day through pain but what keeps me going is the fact that I could do a lot worse.  I enjoy dealing with people and feel I've achieved something from working.   I am fed up in myself mood is low all the time. Thoughts of wanting to gang myself keep entering my head.  The mornings are the worst I wake up trembling and teeth grinding.  I’m so sick of it.  The funny thing is when I’m working I am much better person almost normal if there is such a word.  I’ve tried mindfulness, homeopathy and a lot of medications that haven’t done anything for me.  My medication has been cut down a few months ago as I suffered with heart palpitations.  I...

  fed up feeling like this still having major heart palpitations that hurt still having headaches I'm on  new medication and I seen my doctor today he said to stay on the same dose and see will things settle down.  But he didn't prescribe anything else just feeling low and in pain.  I'm  trying to keep a happy face on from my family and friends but it's not easy.  Feeling tearful.
