  I am going on antidepressants, and I don't want to. My counselor gave me the ultimatum of either meds or intensive outpatient therapy. I know it's because of what I said, but I reiterated I would never do it...I just need this pain to stop. It's been a month, and I just don't want to deal with this anymore. I'm still functioning...I go to work, eat at work (but barely have any food at home), I sleep but I do wake up frequently, I shower...it's the living alone that sucks, but I'm still doing...

  Today would have been our three year anniversary. I did get out on Friday, but this weekend has mostly been sitting on the couch, watching movies, and crying. When I went out on Friday, I put pictures up on my Snapchat story...he looked at them. I'm not sure how many people know about the "My Story" portion of Snapchat, but you can post to it for every one of your friends to look at if they want to.
