Currently in the numb, apathetic, don't give a shit cycle, which is nice? I don't know anymore.I suppose it's better than the other cycle, which consists of going to bed at 7 and having crying fits throughout the day. I can feel myself slowly circling the dark deep hole, so I'm a little concerned about that.I had a really nice weekend about 1 1/2 months ago, and that's the last time I genuinely felt joy. Can't even think of when I felt joy before then.Any one else have similar cycles?

Have been seeing a therapist for about 6 months, and he has become convinced that I should be diagnosed with Bipolar II. I've been on a few antidepressants back when we thought it was only depression, but nothing seems to be working. My PCP recently put me on Prozac and Lamictal to try and get something working. If they dont work I'll have to go to a psychiatrist and hope he'll be able to help.I've been very agitated and downtrodden about my lack of success with medication/therapy. I know it's...

My wife asking for a divorce was a big shock to the system that I am still in recovery from 6 months later.
