  My son has been in for 1.5 years now. I am doing pretty good despite the circumstances. A month ago I received a call from another inmate telling me that my son had been jumped. Immediate tears, heart pounding - fight or flight emotional response to this. I have not even heard from my son since then. I have called the prison and they won’t give me any info. I have had to surrender. The worry creeps up when out least expect it. I miss him. I just want to know he is ok. I finally got word...
