  Woke up this morning to try and change my lifeI have self medicated with alcohol for way to long and causes so much chaos with my wife and kids that I am truly ashamed of myself I don't understand how my wife can keep loving me, but for odd reason I think she does, or maybe see I just staying together for the sake of the kids?My brain is so confused and it scares me beyond belief to stop drinking and feel my feeling and deal with the multiple issues I got going onClearly I am high depressed...
