Hi, so I posted here a while ago and I was at the brink of downfall. Now... everything's going terribly. I count my calories, but only end up eating 300-400 calories per day, a lot of the time less than that. I'm now in the hospital for this, and they don't believe in me. They think I'm pretty much doomed and I don't know how to take it. I think I should just give up on the whole "getting better" thing...

I'm stuck in a horrible loop. My depression has started to control me and I'm too weak to fight back. I've relapsed and I can't seem to find any motivation anymore. The one person I trust has left me and it's all my fault. I don't know what's going to happen if I can't control my thoughts. I can't even tell if I'm having a crisis or not. Everything's just dark and I feel like I'm falling deeper and deeper into a hole I'll never be able or want to get out of.

I've been having a really hard time. I used to eat on the weekend and starve or count my calories during the week... But now the weekend eating has slowly stopped. I eat an apple maybe once every two days. I can't tell my mom because I've already done some bad things so she's already stretched to her limit... I don't know what to do.
