  Hi ive just joined this group but have really bad health anxiety and that is what im currently getting treated for. however i think i have a touch of OCD too. Is it possible to be obsessed with health anxiety i mean i get loads of anxiety symptoms and they are seriously taking over my life but im obsessed with trying to self diagnose myself too. i know its not good and i shouldnt be doiung it but io cant stop it either i dont know how to break the cycle its taking over my whole life and i need...

  How do i stop my anxiety taking over my life? i have really bad health anxiety and for the past few months i have had nearly every anxiety symptom going, multiple symptoms at a time and every day too. I cant take it anymore and im losing control over everything. so far since Friday i have self diagnosed MS (again), Brain tumour, Stroke and even septicemia (due to a little blister on my foot) i need to stop thinking about things so much but how do i make the thoughts go away? im losing control...

  Hi I'm new to this group but was looking for some advice about this condition. A few months ago I started getting really bad symptoms (numbness up and down body, dizziness, sickness fatigue and many more) I was terrified thinking I had MS the doctors put me through loads of tests which all came back normal and even ordered an MRI brain scan which the neuro claimed came back as  "pristinely normal". I finally started relaxing as my health anxiety was through the roof and the other symptoms...

  i was wondering if anyone can help? For the past 2/3 weeks I've been getting weird sensations in my face but only on the right side. It starts at my eye and down my nose and just on the right side of my mouth. The skin from my nose leading to the side of my mouth feels tight almost as if I have sunburn and the skins been pulled tighter. But my top lip (just on right side) feels as if it's swollen and hanging over my bottom lip, it's not but it feels this way. I keep getting vision problems and...
