  Hi everyone. I've been experiencing health anxiety my whole life but especially in th last 2 years or so. I constantly am scanning my body for physical symptoms that don't seem right and think i am having a heart attack or any other extreme worst case scenario illness. I recently started on 15 mg of Buspar daily because I am getting married in 4 months in jamaica and I honestly don't want to be worried about dying from some physical symptom while I'm there. Has anyone ever taken Buspar before?...

  Hi everyone. I have a history of physical symptoms with anxiety but I wanted to see if anyone has ever had the physical symptom of a heavy chest. It almost feels like when you have a cold and can't take a deep breath without coughing. It feels like an elephant is sitting on my chest and hurts to breathe at times. I started a new job this week and am very excited but know that change can naturally bring on anxiety. Any insight on chest related physical anxiety symptoms would be great!

  ladies, does anyone get shooting pains in their breast prior to menstruation? I have severe health anxiety, mainly because of the physical symptoms it brings on. Mine always seems to manifest in the chest, chest pain, heart palps, shortness of breath, etc. Ive had countless hospital trips and been to every specialist under the sun, everyone says i am a hEalthy 28 year old with anxiety. While I still get the symptoms all of the time on and off, I have been able to accept this is anxiety thanks...

  Does anyone get eye floaters with anxiety? Mine have been bad over the last year, they come and go and some days are worse then others. I went to the eye doctor last fall and he said they are not concerning. But theyre annoying and am just curious if anyone else gets them with anxiety. Thank you!
