  I do not understand. Why do people leave their casino rewards cards all over the place at the casino. People have no respect.And they should be worried about the possible terrorist that may decide to be a stalker. If you decide the free gifts are not that good you should just cut it up and  through the card in the tash when you get home.

  I thought I had some strength. I tried to reach out; I saw a weak peron, another patient. When you are on the grounds of the hospital you want to be cheerful and comforting to others you see ill. But thier care is not in your hands. Thier path in almost all cases is on a different path. As I see, as always we are alone. I see some as not alone and have strength. I wonder what help they found and how it was found. Is it a strength I failed to posess? Breakfast is being served in the cafeteria,...

  I am so upset today. I would go out and gamble today if a casino was open. I tried reading some posts; can't say it has helped me today. Tired of my computer, tired of househld chores, how much food can you eat and how many times can you go grocery shoping? Wondering if someone could make a post here when they get to go to a face to face meeting. I stoped going to meetings regularly; I am not on anyones phone list. So, nobody is ever going to call me and tell me there is a meeting I can attend.

  I changed my picture. It's a road mountains and a full moon. For me, it is a lot easier to get some days together. Though our lives are more worrysome; I want to share I am glad to be here at this group and read and try to understand our strugles and a days success

  I do not think I will be going out today. There are a few things I need to buy; maybe at a family dollar store, tomorrow probably. I go to the supermarket once a week. And I am not into the insanity that is going on now. It should be easy not to gamble now; but I can not keep my mind off of it. Hope I succeed with a few chores today. Going to clean and polish a pair of shoes I wear alot next.

  I was looking at a reflector light bulb thinking it may need repair; next I knew I was under a truck and it was going to move. I rolled over terrified and got up on my hands and knees in my bed. I am going to do battle with my urge to gamble this week. I will fight to hold my pay check money and live peacefully until the next week. rexkz-I am terrified. And I wrote a dream, I just awoke
