outpatient rexkz

I do not think I will be going out today. There are a few things I need to buy; maybe at a family dollar store, tomorrow probably. I go to the supermarket once a week. And I am not into the insanity that is going on now. It should be easy not to gamble now; but I can not keep my mind off of it. Hope I succeed with a few chores today. Going to clean and polish a pair of shoes I wear alot next.
