  After what seemed like a pretty good stretch of time feeling fairly healthy and happy, I have been suffering quite a bit over the past few weeks. As I type this I feel like the pressure of a house on my chest as well as pain on my left side of my chest. Ive had the usual check up and EKG's done and it still all points towards anxiety. My Dr has even added medication to what I take already, and they have either not made a difference, or I have not taken as I am afraid of the side affects. Really...

  It's been awhile since I've posted, but I spent 2 days in the hospital last week after waking up at 2:30am with horrible chest pains. Of course I thought this time it was a heart attack and ended up going through all of the same tests, and follow ups with Dr.'s and specialists only to be told it's anxiety. I had a great day yesterday, and today I feel myself falling again. I am a 37 year old husband and dad, and I hate what this is putting my family through because of me.

  Im at work and experiening a severe panic attack as we speak. Ive been fine for a couple of weeks and this came on for no reason. Took xanax and practicing my breathing.

  I had a pretty good week and felt like things were improving until Saturday night. I woke up around 4am and felt like I couldn't breathe, then I started getting the pins and needles and racy heart. Yesterday I felt drained and had chest pain. Praying for some relief today. So far so good.
