  I have been dealing with bi polar for a lot of years now. I also have PTSD. I wish I could say there is a tried and true plan to successfully beat this illness but there isn't. What works for one person might not work for another. I suffered horrible abuse as a child and was left with no self esteem.   I downloaded the Pokémon go game. I know I'm 64. But having to walk all over town to collect the Pokémon balls gets me out and walking everyday. I've been doing this since Julyof last year and I've lost 20 lbs. And I feel a lot better.
