I downloaded the Pokémon go game. I know I'm 64. But having to walk all over town to collect the Pokémon balls gets me out and walking everyday. I've been doing this since Julyof last year and I've lost 20 lbs. And I feel a lot better.

Regular exercise is a huge item in my personal balance. Gym class exercise regimines don't work well for me, but I still get grumpy when I don't get my exercise. I get my main exercise through gardening and wild herb scouting.
