  Alot of issues with my relationship today. I havent been sleeping very much due to the fact that iv taken myself off a few meds and that coupled with working from 7am til 5pm every day in a kitchen is murder on my nerves and emotions. Im starting to just say fuck it to things because its simpler than dealing with them and i know thats usually how a bender starts for me or around the time i start being masochistic. Idk. I need some advice. Thanks.

  Hello all, i recently posted about having random panic attacks and im still having some issues. I have this constant nagging chest pain thats either dull or sharp depending on the day. My face and body are getting extremely hot, im dizzy all the time and i cant focus to save my life. Im struggling with staying sober at this point just because i want relief, for me to relapse would be almost certain suicide due to the way i use and how quickly it will escalate. I feel like iv worked myself into...

  So heres whats up. About a week ago, while laying in bed with my girlfriend relaxing, for no apparent reason my heart started to beat incredibly fast and hard, my hands were drenched in sweat and my face got hot. It lasted for about 20 minutes and i honestly thought i was having a heart attack. And for about every day since, the same issue has been happening out of nowhere multiple times throughout the day. I wound up being hospitalized two days ago for these issues and had an ekg done and...
