  I invited my mom to one of the parties that my daughter had. I initially thought that this time my mom may not make a scene, and would remain polite and respectful. Unfortunately,  I had had high expectations from my mom. She  stared at me with so much anger and hate,  in front of my daughters teacher, the parents and the kids. She then, began to raise her voice, and speak to a parent she never even spoke to just to damage my reputation. She began telling this woman, " you see my daughter...

  On Thanksgiving I decided to go and spend the day with my mom. The cycle never changes for my mom, why do I expect something different? We never lose hope that our loved ones  will change, but are we expecting too much? And if we are  waiting for them to seek treatment, are we wasting away our lives in the process? Are we forgetting who we are, what our purpose in this world is, and not living our lives to the fullest.I understand more now, that it is not my mom's fault that she has Bipolar...
