   hey guys so I am 3 weeks post op and I am following everything from the dietitian but I have not lost any weight in over 10 days. Is this normal? I would think since my calorie intake is so low I would be dropping weight like crazy but nothing. Any suggestions

  Hi everyone!! I am so excited I received my surgery date for March 7th.  I am so excited and so nervous all at the same time.  i cannot wait to get my life back and feel good about myself again. I know that I have a lot to work on but I have such a great support team that I know that I can do it.  I am currently 240lbs and i want to get down to 140lbs.  I was there 7 years ago and i feel that i can really do this.  Strength and courage are my friend and i need to remember that I have both...

  Hi All,So I am new to this support group and I am new to gastric bypass.  I am almost done and ready to have my surgery and I am both super excited and super nervous.  I am ready for a change in my life and ready to get my life back to where it was before my weight got so out of control.  Any tips or advise anyone can pass on to me?  I am still in the shy phase of not wanting to tell a lot of people about the surgery and I think that it normal right?  I think I just feel embarrassed about...
