The Philosophy Support Group is Three doors down on the right.
It is my understanding that this Support Group is for suffers who are in need of relief from this terrible physical affliction. Are you proposing that a sufferer can rub a candle over the sores and get relief? Your post is akin to what we get from the AMA and the CDC. I really don't care if I receive negative replies to this, but this is how frustrated we get when someone believes Morgellons is treatable in the mind.

a statue ??? we all have the Buddha nature-its not a person or a thing-and it CERTAINLY is not a dogma or a theism
Since America was founded on Christian principles and is basically a Christian country, I would prefer to see scripture from the Bible from our creator,God and His Son Jesus and the Holy Spirit

The word is perish (cease to exist, to die), not parish ( a church, place of worship) And all positive words of encouragement are welcome. "For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him." John 3:17

Reerose, I think what it means is one candle can light many without losing anything of itself. Similar to how people can help others without harming or losing any part of themself.

Lukeano explained it so well. I think we are all on this site for the same reason, to give each other support. I believe we can give each other light when the world can seem dark at times. I'm just getting out of an abusive relationship which left me with physical damage to my hand. I have to see a surgeon for it. I am realizing that I will be OK on my own. I am thankful that I found the strength to say either get help or I am leaving. I hope anybody else in the same situation can find a way to remember that they deserve love and kindness!
