Hi All,
So I am new to this support group and I am new to gastric bypass. I am almost done and ready to have my surgery and I am both super excited and super nervous. I am ready for a change in my life and ready to get my life back to where it was before my weight got so out of control. Any tips or advise anyone can pass on to me? I am still in the shy phase of not wanting to tell a lot of people about the surgery and I think that it normal right? I think I just feel embarrassed about the whole thing and me being overweight. Did anyone else feel like this? I look forward to talking with everyone and hope to get some good insight about what I should be going through!
I've read 3 books and have watched a ton of videos that I get great ideas from....do your research and ask questions
