  life was ok, but I was depressed and tired all the time. Found out I have vitamin deficiencies and an autoimmune disease. As soon as I start to improve, and knowing it's a lot of work ahead to feel better again, My husband of two years decides to tell me he loves me but isn't in love with me anymore.   2ish weeks ago husband tells me he loves me but not in love with me. We go to counseling, we work all week and I begin to see minuscule progress (he noticed the cleaning, we are snuggling at night and having sex again occasionally).   Total noobie here.... joined today.Last week, husband of 2 years told me he loved me, but wasn't "in love" with me.
