  I feel sorry for the people who had to call me beautiful for the past 17 years because they felt obligated. Since they were family they sort of had to... When I look in the mirror all I see is someone who is nothing but disappointment to everyone who is around her, and nobody should have to deal with a disappointment.

  I am learning to hate myself more and more everyday, and it has gotten to the point where I don't have the energy to fight it. What is the point in continuing on if all I feel is sadness or an emptiness. I feel like every time things start to look up I get shut right back down. I can't keep fighting. I just want to give up.

  I don't know what is wrong with me or even if I have depression. I just don't know how I feel. Sometimes it is really obvious that I'm sad but most of the time I feel nothing. Like there is no emotion and I just feel empty and meaningless.

  I'm new on here... umm... I don't really know how to say what I'm feeling and I don't even know if I have a mental disorder, but I have these really bad panic attacks and recently I just can't feel happy. Somehow everything seems to push me farther and farther into this slump. I don't know what to do. I can't sleep because I'm awake thinking about what I could've done that day to make myself happy. I haven't eaten in two days because I have no appetite. My mom tells me to get over and think...
