  So, for around 2-3 years I have been depressed. (I'm not seeking attention I just don't know what to do) I'm tired of living like this and relapsing so much. What I need is to see a therapist or something but, I have no idea how to tell my parents. They don't know that I'm still self harming. Every time I try to tell my parents my heart races and I start to get dizzy so I can't, I need ideas of how to tell them, please
