But my state's governor ordered a curfew as of 8pm last night, so I could have to pay a stiff fine or even do jail if I go outside to walk against curfew. I live in a tiny apartment, so I'm curious as to what replacement exercise for walking you would do.
I don't want to quit, and I know from here you're as committed to daily walking as I am, so let me know what you'd do if you were literally in my walking shoes, OK?

We eventually broke up, but for years I dated a girlfriend who was a black belt in karate. I loved going to her public karate demonstrations where she broke blocks with karate chops in front of spectators.

Tai chi is a great way to exercise your joints and improve focus and coordination. I use imagery meditation in my classes. I teach Dr. Lam’s tai chi for arthritis. I also take tai chi classes and am leaning several forms.
I had a business for about 7 years teaching Kajukenbo until I was injured in a car accident. I still practice my Kajukenbo forms, but can no longer take falls, throw people or do those flying kicks.
I walked 2,1 miles today.
Tonight I walked 3 miles.
