Collapsed unconscious again

I fainted from kidney disease weakness when I went to the bathroom at 3:30am last night like I did in Feb 2020.  This time I tore the toilet paper dispenser off of the wall as I fell to the floor, not the towel rack.  Since the toilet paper dispenser wasn't high up on the wall like a towel rack is, I didn't gash my head on the way down in my fall. 


It did concern me enough that I sent an email to all students and posted a Brightspace announcement canceling day classes so I can make it to my 3 hour night class tonight.


I am smarting emotionally from the unfairness of it all since I got the kidney damage from overprescribed PTSD Seroquel for my nightmare symptoms at night.  Now because of it I am having trouble even making it to early retirement at 62 years of age this May.

Thanks, Leo. Despite a good 8 hour night's sleep the night before I had no energy Saturday and slept all day, too. When I finally woke up and got out of bed at 5pm it scared me, so I decided to get as active as I could. 2 walks. It's not depression or anything that's making me so tired, I push through when I can be awake. Hope this kidney ultrasound tells what's going on. I sleep between classes during the week; only 20 days left until my retirement after 40 years. I think I can make it.

Thanks for the strength and prayers, y'all. It does support me getting ready to start the week tomorrow, the first of only 3 weeks left in the home stretch to the 40 year retirement finish line. With you behind me I can do this, right?

Thanks, y'all, good news about the kidney ultrasound: the HR dept. of the school I work for put in writing that my employee health insurance WILL cover the cost of it. It was in doubt because it's scheduled for May 14, and my retirement is effective the very next day, May 15. One less thing to worry about! :-)

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
