I fainted from kidney disease weakness when I went to the bathroom at 3:30am last night like I did in Feb 2020. This time I tore the toilet paper dispenser off of the wall as I fell to the floor, not the towel rack. Since the toilet paper dispenser wasn't high up on the wall like a towel rack is, I didn't gash my head on the way down in my fall.
It did concern me enough that I sent an email to all students and posted a Brightspace announcement canceling day classes so I can make it to my 3 hour night class tonight.
I am smarting emotionally from the unfairness of it all since I got the kidney damage from overprescribed PTSD Seroquel for my nightmare symptoms at night. Now because of it I am having trouble even making it to early retirement at 62 years of age this May.
Support welcome.

Jay's podcasts are really good. I watch them on YouTube for free. Today, I watched his video about motivation. In fact, I've been watching a few videos on this subject. Jay gave us an assignment to complete the following sentence: I am stuck because? I don't describe myself as stuck, but to finish the sentence, I would say that I am stuck because I am tired. Does anyone here have a comfort item you carry with you when you go out? For example this is my doll, Annie, and I've recently been bringing her with me when I run errrands flor have an appointment. Holding her comforts me. I've bought her clothes, crocheted for her, I recently bought a personalized blanket with her name on it. Just wondering if anyone else has a comfort item.

You are in my prayers,my friend.
Take gentle care of you.
I will be keeping you in my prayers for sure
I really hope you’re okay
Sending lots of support & strength
Gentlest of gentlest hugs <3
Hope healing happens here.
my 3 hour night class. It only meets once weekly, so if I miss it I'll have to
make a whole week up next week. Your support's gonna help me give it a
go. Much appreciated.
Love ya.
Prayers and support.
Today I got my day time teaching done, a walk in, and my banking done. But again right after the school day was over I totally ran out of gas again. Couldn't move all late afternoon and evening all the way until bed time.
I'm hoping to get through teaching tomorrow to the weekend. Then I can sleep all day Saturday and get some rest to put some gas in my tank.
Only 29 days left in my career until I take early retirement. 29 days to the total finish line after teaching for 40 years. I really want to make it all the way there to the last day of classes on May 7th.
Your prayers and support for doing that are very welcome..
